Devrukh is a town in the tehsil of Sangameshwar in the Ratnagiri around 272 kms from Pune. It is part of the Konkan region. Devrukh has primarily agrarian society. Devrukh enjoys salubrious climate. Summers are warm and Winters are not very chilly. However every year Devrukh experiences heavy mansoon (400 cm to 500 cm rains every year). Rice, Cashew and Alphanso (Hapus) Mangoes are major crops in Devrukh.
Marleshwar: Marleshwar, is an ancient Cave Shiva Temple, which is at distance of 17 km from Devrukh.
Karneshwar: The other is the 'Karneshwar' temple which is built in the Hemadapanthi style of Shiva Temples, and is located at around 22 km from Devrukh.
Tikleshwar: And third is the 'Tikleshwar' temple which near from Devrukh.
